Find our way back to the essence of our gifts by molding the energies from the overwhelming requests of the dance industry, through guided training and choreography workshopping. Also navigating through conversation by way of movement to unpack the suppressed issues that we often do not have the words to speak. Also feeding our minds and spirits with love, grace and information that will remind us our value, and purpose.
